A Ladies Golf League for All Skill Levels
Our Ladies League is intentionally structured to be inclusive and pressure-free. You do not need an established handicap, and there is no requirement to play at a competitive level. The league emphasizes:

Monday Morning Ladies Golf League Registration & Schedule Details
The Monday Morning Ladies Golf League at Lorette Golf Course offers a welcoming, well-organized, and social golf experience throughout the season. This league is organized by a dedicated committee of ladies and is designed to provide flexibility, consistency, and enjoyment for all participants.
Registration Information
Registration Fee: $30 (Green fees extra). We recommend buying game passes to save money vs paying green fees on the day. Registration is now open to everyone. Anyone interested in joining the league: We do not expect to sell our spots.
If you are new to the league and interested in joining, please contact Gareth Tanswell, General Manager of Lorette Golf Course, at 204-797-3528. New participants will be added to the Ladies League email distribution list to receive up-to-date information, schedules, and league communications.
League Start & Format
Opening Day: May 4, 2026 (weather permitting). Opening Day Format: Shotgun start at 10:00 a.m. for the first league game of the season
Mid-Season Shotgun: A second shotgun start will be scheduled mid-season in July
For all other league days, tee times will be scheduled as follows: Tee times begin at 9:15 a.m. and run until approximately 11:15 a.m.
Weekly schedules and pairings will be organized by Linda on behalf of the Ladies Committee. Ladies Register for the Monday they can play – non-committal to play every week. The Monday Morning Ladies Golf League runs from May through September and consists of approximately 20 scheduled league dates through-out the season. Participation is non-committal, allowing players the flexibility to choose the weeks that best fit their schedule. Golfers simply need to register with Linda for the following week of play. Tee times and weekly schedules are published each Thursday for the upcoming Monday. Players are welcome to request to play as a group; however, ladies are encouraged to mix with other participants, as the league emphasizes fun, connection, and meeting new people while enjoying golf. Following each round, many players gather to socialize and enjoy lunch and food specials in our Nine & Dine Restaurant, making the league as much about ladies socializing together as it is about golf.
Season Wind-Up Date: September 14, 2026
The season will conclude with a special wind-up event to celebrate the summer, the league, and the friendships built throughout the year.
Monday Evening Ladies’ Golf League League Format & Experience
The Monday Evening Ladies Golf League at Lorette Golf Course runs from May through September and offers a consistent, well-organized evening golf experience designed for women who prefer after-work play. This league provides a welcoming and social atmosphere while maintaining a clear weekly structure. The Evening Ladies League follows a committed weekly format, with a shotgun start at 5:45 p.m. every Monday, excluding long weekends. This consistent start time allows players to plan their schedules in advance and enjoy a reliable league night throughout the season. The league is organized and overseen by Gareth Tanswell, General Manager of Lorette Golf Course. While players may request to play with friends, ladies are encouraged to mix with other participants to foster a friendly, inclusive environment. The league emphasizes enjoyment, social connection, and shared experiences over strict competition. Following each round, many players choose to stay and socialize, enjoying food and beverage offerings in our Nine & Dine Restaurant, making the Monday Evening Ladies League a complete golf-and-social experience.
Monday Evening Ladies Golf League – Registration, Format & Experience
The Monday Evening Ladies Golf League at Lorette Golf Course runs from May 4 through September 14 and offers a structured, social evening golf experience designed for women who prefer after-work play. The league provides a welcoming atmosphere, clear organization, and a strong sense of community throughout the season.
Registration Information
Registration opens on February 23 for existing and new participants, who can register from March 1, with a Registration Cap of 72 lady golfers. The registration fee is $35 per participant. The registration fee contributes to weekly prizes and league activities and helps offset the cost of the end-of-season wind-up meal, reducing individual costs on wind-up day. The league is organized and overseen by Gareth Tanswell, General Manager of Lorette Golf Course, ensuring consistent communication and smooth league operations.

Weekly Play is every Monday evening with a Shotgun Start Time: 5:45 p.m.
Booking Access & Group Preferences
Once registered, ladies will be granted access to book their league round one week in advance of each league night. Players may book individually or as a group, providing flexibility while maintaining a well-organized league structure. Group bookings are permitted and Ladies may request a preferred starting hole. Starting hole preferences are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This system allows players to plan ahead while ensuring fair access for all participants.
Weekly Prizes, Contests & Special Events
A key highlight of the Monday Evening Ladies League is the variety of weekly prizes and fun on-course activities designed to keep the season engaging and enjoyable for everyone. Weekly individual contests may include: Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Closest to the Line, Putting Contests. In addition, the league features fun team-based prizes and rotating activities throughout the season, encouraging participation and friendly interaction. Special themed contests are also scheduled, including popular events such as “Beat the GM” on a designated hole, which adds an extra layer of excitement, friendly competition, and prizes. Throughout the season, participants may also enjoy sampling events before or after the round, featuring products from local food and beverage sponsors, further enhancing the social experience.

Format: 2:30 p.m. shotgun start, followed by the end-of-season wind-up meal and celebration.
Long Weekend Mondays are not official Ladies League Days or Nights. Ladies are welcome to play but must book tee times as a regular round, as no league format or shotgun start is scheduled.
The Monday Morning Ladies League and Monday Evening Ladies League are separate leagues, and participants must choose one for the season. Switching between morning and evening play on a week-to-week basis is not permitted unless you want to register for each league.
